Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

Eral 55 processes orders in Milan, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed on the day following the order date or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the next Monday.

Eral 55 ships worldwide via DHL EXPRESS. Eral 55 cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by weather conditions, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond Eral 55's control.

Delivery for shipments destined for Italy is expected within 1-2 business days.

Delivery for shipments destined for the European Union is expected within 2-3 business days.

Delivery for shipments destined for all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-5 business days.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is handed over to the Shipping Courier, the customer receives a notification email with the order tracking code.

To monitor the shipment's progress, customers can visit the website http://www.dhl.it/it.html and enter the tracking code provided in the order confirmation email.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Eral 55's shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by insurance.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing the confirmation of receipt. Eral 55's packages are securely sealed with Eral 55 tape.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a warranty or inspection seal provided by the entity.

If the package appears tampered with or the original tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign the receipt of the package with a reservation or refuse the delivery. In the case of evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a claim with the local DHL office and promptly contact ERAL 55 at the email address info@eral55.com.

In the case of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with a reservation, the delivery is automatically considered accepted, and any claims will not be accepted.

NON-DELIVERY

All customers, by placing an order, establish a business relationship with ERAL 55 and commit to accepting the delivery of the package related to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address due to reasons attributable to their lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete phone number, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absent) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender, ERAL 55 in Italy, at the customer's expense.

Customer-borne expenses include shipping costs and any customs duties. These expenses will be deducted from the refund due.
