How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of the delivery date by returning your item via courier to the address indicated on the returns label.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Returns sent to the store via courier will be processed within 14 business days from the time they are received. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. Refunds will be credited back to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Can I exchange or return a product that was given to me as a gift?
Gifts purchased on Eral55 can be returned. In any case, the refund can be credited exclusively to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
