Overview

The Data Controller(s), i.e., the entities determining the purposes and means of processing data during navigation or shopping experiences on eral55.com, are Eral55 s.a.s. located at Piazza XXV Aprile 14, Cap 20124, Milan, Italy (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Our"). Eral55, after signing specific agreements, will act as joint controllers within the limits of the aforementioned agreement.

Your personal data is stored in accordance with the following terms and criteria: a) Data collected to conclude and execute agreements for the purchase of goods on eral55.com: until administrative and accounting formalities are completed. Billing data will be retained for ten years from the billing date. b) Registered user data: data will be stored until you request the deletion of your profile. c) Payment-related data: until payment certification and the conclusion of related administrative and accounting formalities resulting from the expiration of the right of withdrawal and terms applied for contesting payment. e) Data related to user requests to our Customer Service: the data used to assist you will be kept until your request is fulfilled. g) Data used for commercial communication activities towards users purchasing products on eral55.com (soft spam): this data is kept until the cessation of the service or the exercise of opposition for unsubscribing by the user. h) Data provided for commercial communication activities, opinion surveys, and market research: until the user's request to stop the activity and in any case within two years from the last interaction of any kind of user with us. In any case, for technical reasons, the cessation of processing and the subsequent deletion or irreversible eligibility of related personal data will be final within thirty days from the aforementioned terms.

YOUR RIGHTS Your Privacy Rights In accordance with the rules and regulations applicable to data protection, the user has the right to: a) Access their data and modify it: you have the right to access your personal data and correct, modify, or supplement it with other information. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of your data in our possession. b) Withdraw your consent: you can withdraw the consent you gave for the processing of your personal data in any marketing activity at any time. In this regard, we remind you that marketing activities are considered the sending of commercial and promotional communications, conducting market research and surveys to detect satisfaction for website customization, and offers based on your interests. Once your request is received, it will be our duty to promptly cease processing personal data based on this consent, while different processing or that based on other assumptions will continue to be carried out in full compliance with the applicable provisions. c) Object to the processing of your data: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, explaining the reasons justifying the request. Before accepting it, we will have to assess the reasons for your request. d) Delete your data: you can request the deletion of your personal data in cases provided for by current legislation. Once your request is received and examined, and if it is legitimate, it will be our obligation to promptly cease the processing of your personal data and delete it. e) Request restriction of processing: in this case, we will continue to store your personal data but will not process it unless it is subject to your different request and the exceptions established by law. The processing of personal data may be limited when you dispute the accuracy of personal data, the processing is unlawful but you object to the deletion of your data, when we no longer need your personal data but you need to exercise your right in court, and when you object to your processing, during the period in which we assess the reasons for your request. f) Request the transfer of data to parties other than us ("right to data portability"). You can ask to receive your data that we process based on your consent or on an agreement with you in a standard format. Complaints If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been carried out illegally, you can file a complaint with one of the supervisory authorities responsible for compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data. Consequently, this privacy policy may be subject to changes and additions over time, which may also be necessary regarding new regulatory measures on the protection of personal data. Therefore, we invite you to check the content periodically: where possible, we will try to inform you promptly about the changes made and their consequences.
